The Conversations tab shows you all of the individual conversations your bot is having with users across all of your deployment channels.
By default, it will show you all of the conversations in chronological order, based on the conversation’s most recent message or action.
You can drill down into this list to sort by deployment channel. For example, if you only wanted to read through conversations your bot is having on WhatsApp, you can filter to only show WhatsApp conversations.
Selecting a conversation’s unique ID lets you view the full conversation in detail. Within a conversation, you can inspect individual messages to see properties like timestamps, unique message IDs, and detailed JSON data.
