The Files tab displays all files uploaded to your bot by end users. This includes any files submitted when prompted during conversations with the bot.

From this tab, you can search for files based on their source, like if you uploaded them yourself, or if they were uploaded by a user. You can also identify if they’re indexed as part of your bot’s knowledge base, or review details like file size and upload date.

The indexing status indicates whether a given file is being used in your bot’s knowledge base, so users can ask questions about the information it contains.
