In the Dashboard, the Users tab shows you a list of all users who have interacted with your bot.
By default, users will show here as “Unknown User” unless your bot has access to their name. In this example, we can see that this bot had access to my name through a separate integration.
In the Users tab, you can use tagging to assign a certain tag to your users. In this simple example, my bot asks users to select a colour. Then, I can sort through the users in this tab based on what colour they’ve picked.
The users tab is also directly connected to your conversations, logs, and events. This means you can follow a user’s journey from the Users tab, to the conversation they had with your bot, right through to the logs for that specific conversation.
This is a great way to keep track of how individual users are interacting with your bot, and bringing some organization to your list of users.
