About Your Bot displays key stats like the number of messages, sessions, and new users interacting with your bot. This data allows you to track changes over time and make informed decisions about your bot’s behavior.

Recent Issues highlights any problems your bot encounters once it’s in production. This information helps you diagnose and resolve usability blockers or identify where users might be struggling to continue conversations.

Installed Integrations lists the integrations that are currently installed on your bot. You can manage your bot’s integrations from the studio.
