You can configure your Workspace in the Settings tab.
Details allows you to adjust the Workspace name and handle, manage its public profile, and link social media accounts relevant to your business or agency.
Members lists all users who have access to the Workspace. Here, you can manage permissions and assign roles. Role-Based Access Control is available only to Team and Enterprise plan customers, but PAYG users can add or remove users without these additional permissions.
The Audit log tracks changes made to the Workspace and its bots. This chronological record shows the Workspace member who performed each action along with the time and date that action was performed. It’s especially useful for teams collaborating on the same Workspace.
