In this lesson
The File Storage workspace usage limit refers to the total volume of files—like images, videos, and audio—that your workspace can accommodate.
Each workspace is allocated a specific storage capacity, and all uploaded files contribute toward this quota.
The file storage limit is distinct from Vector Database Storage because it measures the cloud storage, not vectors, associated with files your bot has access to. This means it also counts files that aren’t indexed as part of your bot’s knowledge base, like files that your end users upload, as well as files you intend to send to your users, like images or videos.
If you need additional file storage, you can increase your workspace’s limit by purchasing the file storage add-on.
