Pricing on Botpress is divided into three subscription types:

  • Pay-as-you-go, for quickly building a prototype agent
  • Team, for bigger agent projects that need additional usage and functionalities
  • and Enterprise, for mission-critical agent workflows at large organizations.

All Workspaces are on a pay-as-you-go subscription by default, which is completely free to get started with. You don’t even need to input a credit card before you start building. Our goal is to get you to start building your agent as fast as you’d like, without having to speak to a salesperson or commit to a demo before you’re ready.

Your workspace is subject to several usage limits, which you’ll encounter as you build, test, and deploy your bot. I’ll cover these in more detail later.

There are two usage types:

  • Workspace limits, which cover things like how many messages your bot can receive in a given month,
  • and AI Spend, which is the cost associated with using LLM-powered actions in your bot’s workflow.

Your usage limits reset on the first of each month. Before then, the owner of a Workspace will receive an email notification when you’ve reached 80% of a usage limit, and then another email when that limit is at 100%.

If you find that you’re about to reach your usage limit before the month rolls over, you can purchase an add-on to increase the monthly usage limit of your workspace.
