The seamless integration ensures that escalations are automatically routed to the right team in Sprout Social. # How it works Connect Botpress and Sprout automatically route social conversations to Botpress agents. Main workflow: 1. In Sprout, configure Automated Rules to define which private messages Botpress will handle 2. Sprout's Automated Rules evaluate every new message. When a match occurs, Sprout automatically creates a Case and forwards it to Botpress 3. Botpress Agents then reply and conduct the conversation 4. Subsequently, Botpress resolves or escalates the Sprout Case 5.
