# Hitlchat Integration Provides human hand-off (ie. HITL) for your Botpress WhatsApp chatbot. When a customer requests to speak to a human, get notified immediately and start responding directly to your customer using the official Hitlchat inbox. **IMPORTANT:** Requires the Botpress WhatsApp integration to be installed and configured using "Manual Configuration" mode. # Setup Instructions - Install and configure the Botpress WhatsApp integration using Manual Configuration mode (you may have already set this up). - Install this hitlchat integration. Login to your hitlchat account, go to My Account >> WhatsApp Number >> Integration Setup, and copy and paste the 'Hitlchat Webhook URL' field into the config field provided within this integration. Save Configuration. # Action Cards ### **Request Human** Use this action card to put your bot into 'HITL mode' allowing you to chat directly to your customers using the Hitlchat WhatsApp inbox. ### **Chat Resolved** Use this action card at the end of your workfow to notify your Hitlchat human agent that the conversation was resolved by the Bot successfully. ### **Bot Session Timeout** Use this action card within your bots 'Timeout' workfow to notify your Hitlchat human agent that the conversation has timed out. ### **Bot Error** Use this action card within your 'Error' workfow to notify your Hitlchat human agent that the Bot had an error. # What is Hitlchat ?
