Cyber Sale 2025 Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period: November 24, 2025 (10:00 AM ET) to December 2, 2025 (11:59 PM ET) (the “Promotional Period”)

These Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern participation in the Botpress Cyber Sale 2025 promotion (the “Promotion”). By redeeming any offer under this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, and by the Botpress Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

1. Eligible Tiers

The discounts available under this Promotion are as follows:

Botpress may, at its sole discretion, modify or cancel the Promotion, including eligible subscription tiers and discounts. Any changes will be published the pricing page (www.botpress.com/pricing).

2. Eligible Customers

This Promotion is valid only for:

• New Botpress Customers who commence a paid subscription (Plus, Team, or Managed tier) during the Promotional Period; and
• Existing PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) Customers who upgrade to one of the eligible subscription tiers during the Promotional Period.

This Promotion does not apply to:

• Existing Botpress Customers who are already on an eligible subscription (for example, moving from a Plus to Team tier, or from monthly to annual billing);
• Existing Customers who cancel an eligible subscription and resubscribe during the Promotional Period;
• Enterprise accounts or custom-quoted engagements, unless a discount is explicitly included in a Proposal; or
• Workspaces created on pricing version V2.

Offers are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion, trial, or offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Botpress.

3. Discount Application

• Discounts are automatically applied at checkout when selecting an eligible subscription tier during the Promotional Period.
• For monthly subscriptions, the discount applies to the first three billing cycles following the purchase.
• For annual subscriptions, the discount applies to the first annual billing period following the purchase.
• All prices shown exclude taxes, duties, and other governmental assessments unless stated otherwise; customers are responsible for all such taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, HST/GST).

4. Cancellations and Renewals

• After the promotional discounted term ends, subscriptions will automatically renew in accordance with the Botpress Terms of Service and at Botpress’ then-current standard price, unless canceled prior to renewal.
• If a Customer downgrades, cancels, or otherwise changes their subscription during or after the discounted term, any remaining promotional discount will be forfeited and future billing will occur at Botpress’ then-current standard rates.

5. Modification and Termination

Botpress reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice;
• Disqualify any participant, revoke or withhold any offer, deny fulfillment, or cancel any order where Botpress suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of these Promotion Terms or the Botpress Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Botpress is not responsible for:

• Technical errors, internet outages, system failures, or service interruptions preventing participation in the Promotion;
• Lost, delayed, or misdirected order, emails or other communications; or
• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of Promotion eligibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the limitations in Botpress’ Terms of Service, Botpress’ liability relating to the Promotion is limited to the total amount actually paid by the Customer under the discounted subscription purchased through this Promotion.

7. Governing Law; Severability; Entire Agreement

Acceptance of an offer under this Promotion does not alter, amend, or supersede the Botpress Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will govern.

These Promotion Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution provisions  ****in Botpress’ Terms of Service.

If any provision of these Promotion Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed or revised to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Promotion Terms, together with the Botpress Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Promotion.
